Download Autoruns for Windows: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx
No installation required.
Simply unzip Autoruns.zip file, and double click on autoruns.exe file to run the program.
Go File>Save, and save it as AutoRuns.txt file to know location.
You must select Text from drop-down menu as a file type:

Re-run Autoruns, click on "Logon" tab and UN-check:

+ "HKLM" "Driver Genius Professional Edition Setup
+ "Policies" "Driver Genius Professional Edition Setup
+ "n/a" "Driver Genius Professional Edition Setup
+ "Policies" "Driver Genius Professional Edition Setup (2nd identical entry)
+ "HKCU" "Driver Genius Professional Edition Setup

Restart computer.

You didn't uncheck ALL lines where Driver Genius is listed.
Double check and uncheck them all.

Actually, after second look at your Autoruns log, I can see svchost.exe being in suspicious location:
c:\windows\system32\install\svchost.exe
I suggest, you start new topic in "Am I Infected?" forum to make sure, your computer is clean.

I have never found one of those programs that check for drivers and install them that ever did anything but cause problems and install B/S. Most of them I had to go safe mode and turn them off in services in order to get rid of them. Then run scans with MAM and SAS alone with a complete scan with a anti virus. I would highly recommend doing as Broni suggested. As you can tell I have been there and done that.
