Cannot load c:\Windows\anokaxuv.dll

I have a dell inspiron 6000, and whenever I boot up the computer normally I get this error on startup. And I have no idea what this dll is for or what program it is associated with

any help?

This doesn't look like a normal Windows file. Have you scanned for malware?
