Alright, so today when I first went on, I was able to access Hackforums. Then later on, I tried it and it wouldn't let me. I figured it was just down, so I went to school. I came back, and it still hasn't been able to access Hackforums. I asked my friend and he was able to connect. I checked isup.me/hackforums.net and it worked. I tried using a proxy, but no success there.

Any help is appreciated. I've checked my hosts file, the regedit, firewalls, cleaning out cookies, history, and DNS, still wouldn't work.

Please and Thank you

I've also already tried other browsers such as -
Internet Explorer

Maybe your ISP blocked it? Does your friend have a different isp?
If I have replied to a topic and you reply and I haven't gotten back to you within 48 hours (2 days) then send me a P.M.

If he was, the proxy would have most likely succeeded.

In your URL bar, instead of http://hackforums.net, try That is the IP address of hackforums currently.
If using the IP instead of the domain name fixes it, you most likely have a DNS issue.
Try using HideMyAss proxy to get to Hack Forums. If using this proxy helps
then an administrator at HackForums most likely IP Banned you.

You mentioned that you were unable to connect, did you get an error? If so, what is it?

Tell me if any of these help and I'll walk you through troubleshooting the issue.
