I have a 64-bit windows 7 laptop that has been acting strange for the last couple of weeks. First off, I am not able to download anything off the internet. Secondly, screen saver will come on and when I move the mouse, the laptop freezes and I am not able to do anything until screen saver comes on again. And third, I am not able to run some applications on my program such as Firefox. I would kindly appreciate it if someone helped me with this problem.
