Hello, my computer has recently come down with one of those fake anti-virus programs that continuously pops up saying that the computer is infected. The name of this fake anti-virus program is Personal Shield Pro, and I couldn't find much about it through google so I am thinking it is relatively new. It prevents me from running the actual anti-virus programs on the computer (AVG 9.0 as well as MBAM) so I booted the computer in safe mode which then allowed me to run those 2 programs, but neither found any threats or infections. I then transferred a program called RKill and ran it which inactivated Personal Shield Pro, allowing me to run MBAM once again, and this time it found 1 threat but it did not cure the problem, as any time i reboot the computer Personal Shield Pro still pops back up. I have no idea where to go from here so any help would be greatly appreciated!
