unable to remove My Web Search toolbar

I am unable to remove the my web search toolbar from my comp., it is not in the add or remove and I cant find it in the program files either, can someone please assist me on this.

If it's not in Add/Remove and you can't find it Programs...take a look at your browser add-ons...and disable/delete it.

With IE open...Tools/Manage Add-ons.
