Hello, I am using Norton Antivirus and a window pops us telling me that there is a high risk and that removal for Boot.Tidserv has failed. What is it? How do I remove it? It causes my computer to freeze and the other day it crashed and everything was erased; my pictures, my music :(

How do I get rid of this thing, I dont have money to pay to get it fixed. Thank You very much for your help :)

As you have now posted in the correct forum I will close this topic.
