I've seen this twice now and found nothing but fishing attempts as solutions.
The problem is that when reinstalling Win7 and all the onsite aCER drivers, the wireless
device is still missing. The Atheros Wireless device driver from their site is missing many sub versions.
I had to go to Toshiba to get a more complete version of the package and updated it from the unzipped package.
The chipset was the Atheros AR5B97 Wireless Network Adapter. Good luck !
