I have just updated from ie8 to ie9. I find that clicking on tools freezes my computer. I don't need to click on tools on the left side, since there is tools on the right side. Is there anyway to modify some of the toolsbars? Has anyone else noticed this?

I reverted back to ie 8 and the same thing happens. When I put my mouse over tools or safety, ie freezes up. I am going to try to fix ie again to see if that helps. Maybe I didn't notice it before.

I found that this problem affects others. I reinstalled ie9, did the microsoft fix, reset the ie. Nothing seems to fix the problem. No big deal. I hardly ever use the safety toolbar anyways.
