i downloaded the free zone lab firewall and i am getting a error message it says this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer please contact your system adminastrator any ideas on what i am doing wrong?????????????????

You are probably running XP and need to log in as Admistrator in order to load ZA. Hit F8 while booting until you see the choices. You can log in to Regular but under Administrator. If it asks for a password try leaving it blank.

Also it's a good idea to make sure XP firewall is disabled since your going to use a 3rd party firewall. You don't want to run into problems from two firewalls running at once. Just a suggestion..
