I apologize if this has already been discussed but I am new to bleepingcomputer.com. It was suggested after I was unsuccessful in updating malware bytes after running TDSSkill that I post a virus removal request. AFter I initially used rkill, I was able to access malwarebytes but it would not update. My home screen on the computer is black with no icons...I can't access the internet. After trying to unsuccessfully update malwarebytes, I received the follwoing message: "An error has occured. Please report this error code to our support team. Program_error_updating (12007, 0, winhttpsendrequest)" Any help would be greatly appreciated.
