Got infected - XP, service pack 3, Microsoft Security Essentials detected and deleted a few things, then ran malware antibytes, it detected a few things but needed to reboot to finish. Now stuck in reboot loop, reboots in safe mode or regular, booted to recovery console, tried to fix mbr but didnt work.
The stop error on bootup is STOP: 0x0000007B (0XBA4CF524, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000).
Can this OS install be salvaged?
Thanks in advance.
