Background: I found out about spyware a couple of months ago when I had to take my computer to the shop. It worked fine until a couple of days ago. I have spyware blaster, spybot, and adware that I have been running.

Yesterday I had to go into my recent documents to find a file I saved to the wrong place, and found that a bunch of files had been accessed at 1:00AM when I was asleep, throughout the day, this keeps happening, even when I turn off the DSL. the only time it doesn't happen, is when I'm not on now, Yesterday I set a password for my log on screen.

I have noticed the files seem to be mostly the same, except the ones I open. The next time the recent files folder does its little open a bunch of files thing, the ones I've recently open are on the list. Example: the hijack this file. Also some of them are ADS files, like: C:\Forms\32bitdeforminit7.exe : Zone.Identifier (26 bytes)
Here is some other ADS I'm wondering about:

C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-3410288154-939620716-568186159-1005\Dc1\hipaudio - Oct 09, 2004 10.50.26.wav : Zone.Identifier (26 bytes)
C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-3410288154-939620716-568186159-1005\Dc3.zip : Zone.Identifier (26 bytes)
C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-3410288154-939620716-568186159-1005\Dc4.zip : Zone.Identifier (26 bytes)
C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-3410288154-939620716-568186159-1005\Dc5.zip : Zone.Identifier (26 bytes)

Also all my faxes are ADS, is this normal?

I've downloaded a few more from your tutorials pages today.

Here is the hijack this log:

I am unsure which is okay and what is not, and I have been at this all DAY.

When I generate a start up list (high jack this) it has abunch of registries keys not found. What does this mean? Example:

Shell & screensaver key from C:\winnt\SYSTEM.INI:

Shell=*INI section not found*
SCRNSAVE.EXE=*INI section not found*
drivers=*INI section not found*

Shell & screensaver key from Registry:

drivers=*Registry value not found*

Policies Shell key:

HKCU\..\Policies: Shell=*Registry key not found*
HKLM\..\Policies: Shell=*Registry value not found*

Here is part of the autoruns startup list:

HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Shell
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Shell

If some one could please help, I would really appreciate it.

The only items you want to fix in HijackThis are:

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - ~CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)
O16 - DPF: {15C3C7A4-9676-11D3-9799-0060087190B9} - http://www.accurate-image.com/essroc_onlin...land_online.cab

Those ads files are perfectly normal and fine...do not worry about that. There are legitimate purposes for ADS files. They are not always bad
