When I try to run Disk Defrag I get this error message, "Disk Defragmente cannot start because the Task Scheduler service is not running. Start the Task Scheduler service and try again." How can I correct this problem? FrankC

START - RUN - services.msc (press ENTER)

Scroll down to the task scheduler service and set it to AUTOMATIC. Reboot.

If you want to do it manually just go to Start and type in defrag and it should be close to the top. Click on it and you should be in defrag. Click on the drive you want to defrag and then analyze. If you think it needs defraged click on the drive again and then defrag.
