Okay, I am finally at my wits end with this issue. I have run about everytool I can think of. I have run Superantispyware and Malwarebytes in Safe Mode as well as Dr.Web CureIt. These have all detected files and removed them successfully. However I am still plagued by browser redirects and my Trend Micro keeps showing that sites are trying to be accessed. An example of one is http://www.find-quick-results.com.........
I've picked up and cleaned files tagged at Troj_Gen.r21c3en
I had hoped this would remove it but alas it has not. I am running Windows XP Pro SP2. Any help would be grealy appreciated. Thanks.

I made a rookie mistake and forgot to disable system restore. Once disabled and all full scans performed in safe mode again, I managed to remove the threat. Sorry for any inconvenience.
