Just got the computer back after i put it in the shop and the main CD/DVD drive isnt working and the DVD-RW drive will only read and not burn anything.

When i go to My Computer it lets me eject both drives fine.

Ive tried going into device manager and uninstalling/rebooting but the problem is still there.

If these were working before you put the system in for repair...I suspect that I would be asking that shop why these components no long have functionality.

Well...if someone brought an item for repair to me (if I was in business)...then played with it for a few days and then brought it back asserting that I had caused soemthing not to function properly...I don't think I'd pay much attention.

But...you can do whatever you want...I'd take it back, without trying this-and-that.
