How do i use DOS services like Get File Attributes

Input AH=0x43
AL=0
DS:DX=Segment:Offset address of file name

How to input DS:DX?

plzz give one example I'm new to ROM-BIOS Service and DOS service.
Also give some pdf or tutorial so that i can refer to it.

I've an assembler example here how to call a BIOS function from MBR code.

But if you're a beginner, I don't recommend starting with BIOS services or assembler.
