Win 7 Virus malware, svchost....

Not sure what happened, more than likely something was ran that shouldn't have been. I have tried Spybot, adaware, avg, and malware but still there is a folder in my c:/win called tracking that i cant get rid of and it is logging my sites visited. Every link redirects to other sites, with similar results but not the page i am looking for. Not to mention my 4gb ram at 70% at idle.
