Hi there! So happy you have this site available. My wife has the new "windows Recovery Virus" on her laptop and I'm trying to help her get it removed completely. I followed some instructions on another site(http://www.techsupportforum.com/forums/f50/windows-vista-recovery-virus-573745.html)...but they just had me download something that made the files visible. I'm communicating through my 'uninfected'(i hope) laptop and will follow instructions given. I was going to try the general instructions when I read about the TDSS Root Something or other. Which if my pc was doing taking my google search to random places (which my wife's computer IS) that I should try to get one on one help. Here I am! Help me please!!
