Hello All,
I have recently downloaded a program called ISO recorder by Alex Fienman. I have used this program to make some ISO discs and all was well until I tried to use my dvd drive to make a normal cd but the drive would not allow me to burn discs. After researching this problem I found that my IMAPI CD-burn COM service was being turned off. I am able to start it and burn discs but when I shut the computer down and restart it will again shut this service down. I also have a entry in my local service called "IMAPI helper" that I assume came from this ISO recorder program and I am thinking that this program is not allowing my normal IMAPI CD-burn COM service to work properly. Any ideas on how to uninstall this? Thanks in advance for any advice. John

I suggest trying something like Revo Uninstaller or Unlocker.
