To enable God Mode simply follow these steps:
God Mode is a way of seeing all Windows features in one folder. It basically takes all those control panel entries that show up in the Start Menu search and puts them in one place.

Create a new folder.
Rename the folder to GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} (note that you can change the “GodMode” text, but the following period and code number are essential).
The folder icon will change — double click it to show the GodMode window:

Actually what "GodMode" does is that it groups tools and utilities from control panel in a shortcut folder named "GodMode"(you can name it whatever you want). So, instead of going to control panel and looking for a particular tool in particular section, all you have to do is click on "GodMode" folder voila! everything is there for you Wink

It works on Windows Vista x32 and x64 as well as Windows Server 2008 x32 and x64.
However, there are some reports that it crashes Windows Vista x64 version for some weird reason. If I were you I wouldn't mess with Vista because it is so bad that even "GodMode" doesn't like it. lol
enjoy!
