Hey guys. We have an issue at my place of work. Our employees use Citrix Desktops and we have several people missing their files and such, and getting a popup saying that it is infected and going through Windows Server 2003 Recovery. It looks like your typical virus, it scans and then tells you that it is infected and then asks you to fix it.

We are running Symantec Enpoint Protection on them and it seems that the virus has disabled it although the services still say that it is running.

Has anyone seen this and have a fix for this? We just don't want to do something intensive unless we know it works because it will slow down a lot of people.

Not sure if the following is what you refer to, but take a look.
