Recently my dad replaced IE with Firefox on my mom's computer. She doesn't spend much time on the computer, but when she does the majority of it is spent on Yahoo! reading news and e-mails. However, following the Firefox installation the Yahoo! page now appears like this for all users on the PC (see attachment), and when we click the Sign In option we get a blank white screen.

I have run some system scans and deleted history/cookies to see if that did anything, but have had no luck. They are using the latest version of Firefox, 4.0.1 I believe, and I was just wondering if this was due to some sort of settings conflict that I am currently unaware of.

All other sites seem to be working properly it's only yahoo that they are experiencing problems with.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Try uninstalling Firefox...and see what happens.
