Hello, up until about 2 weeks ago I was able to use Yahoo video chat or Skype to video chat with friends, no problems whatsoever. Then one day when I tried to start video chat on either program, it would make the computer freeze up. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling each program. Didn't help. So last night I reformatted my computer, wiped it clean, and this morning I installed Yahoo. With a fresh Windows install and only Yahoo Messenger running, again it froze when I tried to start video chat. What would cause this?

I have a Dell Inspiron 1535 running Vista Home Premium 64 bit with 4 GB RAM. Can anyone help me?
