Hello kaiserbell and welcome to the BC HijackThis forum. After reviewing your log I see a few items that require our attention. Please print these directions and then proceed with the following steps in order.

Step #1

Download About:Buster.zip and unzip it to its own directory. Start AboutBuster and click the Ok button. Now click the Update button and then the Check for Update button. If an update is available click the Download Update button. When the updates have been downloaded close AboutBuster (do not run it yet).

Download Cwshredder.exe and save it to a folder of its own. Start the program and click on the Check for Update button. If an update is available then download and install it. Close the program (do not run it yet).

Download CCleaner and install it but do not run it yet.

Download and install the trial version of the ewido security suite. Update the program and then close it. Do not run it yet.

Step #2

Click Start->Run and type Services.msc into the editbox and then hit Ok.
Scroll down and find the service called: Network Security Service ( 11F #`I)
When you find it, double-click on it. In the next window that opens click on Properties and under the General Tab, change the Startup Type to Disabled. Now hit Apply and then Ok and close any open windows.

Step #3

Start in Safe Mode Using the F8 method:
  • Restart the computer.
  • As soon as the BIOS is loaded begin tapping the F8 key until the boot menu appears.
  • Use the arrow keys to select the Safe Mode menu item.
  • Press the Enter key.
Step #4

Start HijackThis and click the Scan button to perform a scan. Look for the following items and click in the checkbox in front of each item to select it:R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\Windows\ezhik.dll/sp.html#93256%resultposition.net
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = res://C:\Windows\ezhik.dll/sp.html#93256%resultposition.net
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = about:blank
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = res://C:\Windows\ezhik.dll/sp.html#93256%resultposition.net
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\Windows\ezhik.dll/sp.html#93256%resultposition.net
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = res://C:\Windows\ezhik.dll/sp.html#93256%resultposition.net
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = res://C:\Windows\ezhik.dll/sp.html#93256%resultposition.net
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = res://C:\Windows\ezhik.dll/sp.html#93256%resultposition.net
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
F3 - REG:win.ini: load=C:\\sex.exe
O2 - BHO: Class - {1204A789-0139-F9B1-BF9E-4BECFF8288F8} - C:\Windows\d3sk.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [atllt.exe] C:\Windows\system32\atllt.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SpyFighterMonitor] "C:\Program Files\SpyFighter\SpyFighter.exe" monitor
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SpyFighterUpdate] "C:\Program Files\SpyFighter\AutoUpdate.exe" silent
O9 - Extra button: xxx - {14051602-5C4E-11d6-916B-00E02964E8E3} - C:\temp\acc\pornografiax[1]\pornografiax[1].exe (file missing)
O23 - Service: Network Security Service ( 11F#`I) - Unknown owner - C:\Windows\nthi.exe

Now close ALL open windows except HijackThis and click the Fix Checked button to finish the repair.

Step #5

Run AboutBuster and save the logs:
  • Browse to where you saved AboutBuster and run AboutBuster.exe.
  • Click "OK" at the directions Read: Important! prompt.
  • Click the Update button to check for updates and install any that are available.
  • Click "Start" and then "OK" to allow AboutBuster to scan for Alternate Data Streams.
  • Click "Yes" at the About:Buster prompt to allow it to shutdown explorer.exe.
  • Please wait while AboutBuster scans your computer for malicious files. If it asks if you would like to do a second pass, allow it to do so.
  • When it has finished, click "Save Log...". Make sure you save it as I will need a copy of it.
  • Click "Exit" and "Exit" again to exit AboutBuster.
Step #6

Run CWShredder
  • Double-click on CWShredder.exe.
  • Click "Fix ->" and click "OK" at the prompt.
  • CWShredder will scan and clean your system of CWS files.
  • Click "Next->" and then "Exit".
Step #7

Start ewido and do the following:
  • Click on the Scanner button.
  • Click on the Complete System Scan.
  • If anything is found you will be prompted to clean the first infected file found. Choose Clean and put a checkmark in the checkbox for Perform action on all infections and click the Ok button to continue the scan.
  • When the scan is complete close ewido and reboot the computer normally.
Step #8

Start CCleaner and click on the Run Cleaner button in the lower right-hand corner. When it is finished close CCleaner.

Step #9

OK. Reboot your computer normally.

Important
Your copy of HijackThis needs to be in a folder of it's own. If it is run from Temporary folders the backups and HijackThis itself could be accidentally deleted if the Temporary folders are cleaned. If it is run from the desktop then the backup files and folders can clutter up the desktop and be accidentally deleted. If it is run from inside a compressed file then the backups are not created at all.
  • Please open My Computer
  • Double-click on Local Disk (C:)
  • Click on the File menu, point to New and then click on Folder. Name the folder 'HijackThis' or 'HJT'.
  • Unzip to or copy and paste HijackThis.exe to the new folder (do not run HijackThis directly out of the sfx or compressed file).
Start HijackThis and perform a new scan. Use the Add Reply button to post your new log file back here along with thelogs from AboutBuster and Ewido and details of any problems you encountered performing the above steps and I will review it when it comes in.

OT
I do not respond to PM's requesting help. That's what the forums are here for. Please use them so that others may benefit from your questions and the responses you receive.
