After having my World of Warcraft account hacked once and following all suggested Blizzard Tech Support troubleshooting, then being hacked a 2nd time all within a few days period, I have found two currently unremovable viruses (All of which time the game was inaccessible to me through one error, unrecognized connection, or crash)

One is constantly being caught and removed but continually reappearing called "Trojan horse Dropper.Generic3.BRJT" The security system that found and continues to find but unsuccessfully remove it is AVG.

The other, this time found, removed, then rediscovered by Malwarebytes is "PVP.SmsPay.P..."

Barring a full reformatting of my system, I am requesting any and all forms of assistance in removing these threats and returning to my bad habit of WoW!

ty very much
