Hi! My issue started after an update earlier today. I was prompted to restart but upon restart, the only thing that I see is a screen with my computer logo then a black screen. I have tried starting in safe mode to no avail. Also I've tried booting from my vista cd that came with my computer. It gets stuck on a loading screen that says "microsoft". I am out of warranty and would appreciate any help as I do not want to lose my files if at all possible. Thanks!
