I have changed my ip recently and have had problems connecting to the net.
I have I.E9, Firefox,Chrome and Safari installed. When I try to connect to these
they are very quick but after a while I get error messages saying
I.E is unable to display this website, its the same with Chrome,Firefox and any
website I have on my taskbar. I ran a diognoses and it said something about
port 9000 needing attention. I have never worked with ports before and would
appreciate some help.I'm running an ACER 5810T W7 4gb ram/500gb hard drive
with 20mb download 2gb upload.I have attached the error message.

Thanks in advance
