How do I remote desktop "into" a program?

Basically, I would like to remote desktop from an Ipad "into" a particular program on a Windows(XP or 7) machine. Instead of RDP'ing into the machine and seeing the desktop or whatever application is running, I want it to go into the program only and not allow it to be minimized or switched out of. Hope that makes sense. Any help is appreciated.

Not sure it can be done without client/server software. I will ask the other advisors.

Edit: There is other software available like Gotomypc for IPAD it is my understanding however that this is still using RDP.

Remote Program: Set a program to execute when you log on to a remote computer. You must specify the full path. When you specify a remote program you will not see a normal desktop, instead the remote program will be launched fullscreen.
