Need URGENT help!

Well,
I know that im infected.
it wouldn't allow me to run a single program.
here's what happened.
i was just searching for some stuff my lil bro need to complete his assignment,
i looked , and voila
but when i try open windows media player, it won't open some kinda java..
but the real problem is:
i cant open any single program.
i am just visiting your website with the unclosed mozilla firefox.
i just got this virus earlier(5-10 mins)
Note:remember that i cant run a single program (did this by manual typing)

well i can run a program after all.
that program was:magiciso
i just ran a browser game in this unclosed firefox, it was loading perfectly.



can you help this pc before i turn this thing off and then resort to reformat??
