Hello everyone.
I installed optitex 10 on my home computer and is working perfect, then I bought another computer for my office a little more faster, and I did the same installation on both, My question is why when I am using optitex 10 in my office computer after doing some of work it crashes, that doesn't happened with my home computer at all. I also notice that when the computer crashes the cpu goes to 25%. please what do you think is the problem?

Hi and Welcome jimmy_d -

Did you download the program (both times) from the official site or from a Torrent / uTorrent or warez site -
There are 'crack versions' on some sites that are not exactly legal downloads -
If it was not from the official site then your computer could have downloaded more than just Optitex 10 designer -

Thank you

"The license activation is valid only for one single computer and must be used with the specific USB key provided. Using another computer will require a new activation file.

You can request activation for multiple computer as long as you move the key from one computer to the other before loading the software.

When activating a license on a computer, you must use the same USB key to open the software."

From http://www.optitex.com/Help/en/index.php/Software_Activation .

If you are referring to trial/demo version...I suggest uninstalling/reinstalling the program.

Louis
