When I click(as in the image)i.e. the button besides the "Search Option" Or "Folder" in the explorer bar, I am not getting a drop down menu to change views to filmstrip or thumbnails or lists or tiles or icons. Is there a solution to this problem? Please help me as quickly as possible.

Are you clicking on the icon or the small down-arrow on the right side of the icon?

I tried to click on the arrow as well as the icon, but nothing worked.

If you look in the view menu are the options still available there and do they work?
Get your facts first, then you can distort them as you please.

Yes, in the view menu they are available, but isn't there a way to restore the views from the button?
