File Search and Replace

Hi ALL :-)

I am trying to find a way/utility to search and replace multiple files from different directories with a single file. Windows search will not let me paste from another location to files I have found. Please keep in mind that I am not trying to find and replace "within" the files but the actual files themselves. Thanks for any help.
