I'm looking for a good processor diagnostic program. I don't mind paying for it if it does a good job. Anybody know of any good ones? Thanks in advance

What exactly do you intend to do with the program?

If you only need to gather CPU related info, this should do.

If you wish to stress test or benchmark the CPU, there are a couple of programs (free and shareware) that can do that.
