Home Network configuration:
Two Computers: OS > Windows XP
Both can see the WEB
Router: DLINK DI-604
Cannot see both computers in "My NETWORK Places" in Windows Explorer
Went to properties on each machine and put the same workgroup name on each.

Is there something that I need to do in the router? or in each of the computers?

You need to share a folder or a printer before something appears in 'My Network Places'.
