A few people in the office is getting this error, when they are in outlook they will suddenly get this error, i did what microsoft said and moved the trouble slider to the left under display settings, still having issue.

Any ideas will be much appreciated!!!

Have you applied all the appropriate Windows Updates and Office Updates?

Can you try this program: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/what_is_hang.html

ive tried this program, what is suppose to happen with it? when error occurs it is suppose to capture it??

we are getting error on outlook 2002 and outlook 2003 machines im thinking it maybe a microsoft update that caused it? what do you think?
