Hello, I have a problem with my sister's laptop. I think it is infected but I'm not sure if its really a virus or my sister messing up with the settings and what not. I think it's infected though. Hopefully I'm doing this right.

The symptoms:
  • Cannot open Task Manager, CMD, regedit, any anti-virus, sytem restore.
  • Sometimes there's a pop-up on IE. The link is weird.
  • Sometimes if I run anti-virus, like Avira the laptop will restart.
Usually I use Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and the problem would be solved. But this time, I can't run it. I followed instruction from this thread, but after a while, it get's killed. It got to the "Select Language" part, but then it got killed.

For the FixExe.reg, I can't seem to be able to merge it. There's no indication of it fails or not.

Rkill.exe gives me an error that says:
The command prompt has been disabled by your administrator.
Press any key to continue. . .

Though I think that it works, because after I run it, when I try to install MBAM, it gets pass the language selection menu, albeit being killed shortly after.

So, how should I proceed from here?
