It looks like I have multiple viruses on my computer.

It started with the vista security 2011 virus. I searched internet and it told me to enter a code for it. I did that and the popups stopped but now it looks like I lost my file associations. The only way to open an .exe is to "open as administrator".

A friend told me to run MBAM. I ran it and it found pup.mightymagoo, hijack.exefile, trojan.vundo and broken.opencommand. I didn't quarantine anything. I have no idea how long these have been on my system. My McAfee also ran and found Artemis!34bad421f2aa and generic fake alert. These were deleted(?)

At this point I am scared to touch anything and was hoping for some help and advice. I really need it! :-)

Thanks in advance
