essential cleaner viruses

Hello once again, I got hijacked again. (your computer is infected) The problem is I can't run any Malware tools to clean it up. eset on line scaner won't work or Malwarebytes. System restore is dead.

I am running XP, My problem was resolved!!!! I had to start in safe mode then download a new malwarebytes and run it in safe mode. After cleaning that I ran it in reg. mode.
