Please help me remove "Windows Total Security 2011" - it has completely hijacked my computer. I cannot run any programs, I cannot access the Internet, and it is taking up all of my laptop's memory so I cannot access anything. I am pretty novice, but I can follow directions very well. I have removed malware from my computer before but I do need step-by-step instructions. Can someone please help me? Thanks!

BC Removal Guide

I suggest that you read and follow the instructions...exactly as written.

That includes what to do if you continue to have problems.
