Hi All. Now in middle age, I recently acquired my first ever computer. It's my friend's old one, Windows XP system, and so far it seems to work fine. However learning how to use it is one of the most frustrating experiences of my life and I'm hoping that the Bleeping Computer community can help speed things along before I die of old age trying to teach myself. It feels a bit "all take and no give" from me at the moment but I'll be happy to contribute as and when (if ever!) I'm able to.

The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
