ok so the other day i was infected with spysheriff... and it totally sucked, but i got it all cleaned up and taken care of now i am back to normal with no problems... except one

i currently have xp home as an OS, and prior to all of this i was using the Xp style appearance setting for all windows and buttons.

but now when i go to display properties and go to appearances and try and change it back... the only style listed is windows classic style.

so how can i change it back to XP?

(as far as melon scratchers go, this ones a honey doodle)

This registry entry should fix teh problem, courtesy of Kelly's Korner.

Click it to view the registry entries (always a good idea to ensure you don't get any surprises) and right-click, Save Link as... to download. Once downloaded youcan double click to add to your registry.
