Yeah, I know, I know. IE is lame, but Im trying to help someone that has hit a gliche. They use Win98, and after the last update, IE quit on them. They tried to uninstall update, and made matters worse. Cant do a repair. Can anyone give me the easiest way to download IE 6 onto my computer, so I can cut a cd for them? They are on dialup, and running the computer in a small business. Cant talk the owner into cable. I I installed Firefox for them so they are online, but need IE for other updates. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

I appeciate the link, I have that, but unless things have changed, which they may have, I didnt think I would be able to download from there if I already have IE6 on my machine. Ill give it a try anyways.

edit:
Just as I thought. My copy excludes the download.

Does anyone know how to keep my copy from showing up so I can dl a copy and cut to cd?
