Google Search Results redirect

I was pointed here from the HijackThis website. I currently have a problem that I am pretty sure is malware. Whenever I search for something on Google in Chrome, the results redirects me to random spam sites. I tried to Google my work, and it took me to a wrong site so I know it is something on my PC.

I download/installed/ran Spybot, it found a few items but didn't resolve the issue.

Then I got HijackThis and will attach a log. Thanks for any help!
