Horrible Spyware Infection

I've tried everything. Deleting recently installed DLLs, Microsoft Anti-Spyware, Ad-aware, Spybot - also all in safe-mode. Nothing has done the trick yet. I really need help.

I always get pop-ups and taskbar, regedit, msconfig always crash to desktop after like 20 seconds.

There are a bunch of DLLs that I can't seem to delete in regular and safe-mode enivornment. I've got rid of most of the stuff the spyware attack installed - but it is still there and I know it.

It even changed the look of my start-menu.
