Bought a 5 year plan of AVG, and I DON'T want to uninstall. Combo fix would be great, but how do I re install with the purchase key?? :(

Could you please clarify what you are asking, what you have posted is too vague for me understand.

Bought a 5 year plan of AVG, and I DON'T want to uninstall.

Ok... you have a five year plan, is it still active? I don't understand what the problem is if it is still active and you don't wish to uninstall it.

Combo fix would be great, but how do I re install with the purchase key??

Combo fix is a too which should not be used outside of the Security Forums where the Malware Removal Team is trained to assist you in its use when they believe that it is appropriate. I don't understand how this applies to a purchase key.

It says to uninstall AVG to use combofix. Do I have to reinstall, and provide my purchase key with reinstallation?
How do I get someone to help me use combofix?

If you are wanting to use Combo Fix then it would follow that you believe that your computer is infected.

My suggestion for you would be to follow the instructions in This Guide starting at Step 6.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it HERE Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to try to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reply to this thread and ask.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

FWIW: ComboFix usage, Questions, Help - Look here - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic273628.html

The suggestion that dc3 provided re initiating a topic in the proper forum for malware logs...is a good one.
