First off I would make a copy of everything that is important to me.
Assume you are going to lose all your stuff so act now.
Is a full reinstall available to you?
If so then when your stuff has been saved do it.
Best of luck.

Expecting the world to treat you fairly because you are good is like expecting the bull not to charge because you are a vegetarian.

Can you use F8 at the start up to access the Advanced Boot Options page?

If you can you can try Last Known Good Configuration.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)? Did you recently install IE9? If so, uninstall it.

IE9 really goosed me PC

I uninstalled it and then had to re-install W7 as it had done so much damage.

I would suggest that if you have a problem that you post your own topic. Posting your problem in another member's topic can create confusion and detract from the original poster's help.
