Hi, I've got a virus which is thinly posing as windows antivirus. It renders we incapable of opening anything from the desktop and also of running any new programs.
I found a similar topic with this same problem and it was reccomended that I download MalwareByte'sAntiMalware so I did but was incapable of opening it due to the virus. it was then reccomended that I download rkill by Grinler which is a binary file which should have stopped this virus from preventing me from opening MalwareByte'sAntiMalware but as it turns out, I cannot open rkill by Grinler because the virus is blocking it...can anyone help? thanks in advance :).
