it says I need to update my drivers

Where exactly are you getting the above message?
Was the internet working before?
If so, what happened just before it stopped working?

It says Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) and in another thing it says The nVIDIA nForce networking controller adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware-related problems.
Yes the internet was working no problem
I do not know I just turned it on and it wasent working

Using your working computer, travel to bad computer manufacturer site, download nVIDIA nForce network driver.
Use USB flash drive to transfer it to bad computer and install it.

It may. It won't hurt to try.

What's the story behind your computer?
Was it an upgrade from Vista? Just done?
What's the Compaq model?
