Hello forums!
Currently running WinXP
Sorry if the title wasn't that specific :(

I just recently started experiencing random events, probably due to a virus. So to put it out there in a simple to follow track. I first discovered I had a malware click.giftload on my computer when running Spybot S&D. I did numerous searches and found that it was a really difficult malware to remove. So I ran things such as MBAM and Super anti spyware, which both detected some other knicks, but not click.giftload. So I decided to restart my computer, then suddenly this 'hello4' end program prompt came up. I kept hitting end now with no avail, that's when I decided to hard shut down my comp. Now when I load up again, my screen pops up these 'blankwindow2' windows, and when I check my task manager, my CPU is at 100% load and I have alot of svchost.exe processes as well.

I have no idea on what to do at this point, as i'm afraid I might lose my comp :( It would be greatly appreciated if this could be reviewed as soon as possible.
Summary of events:
-found click.giftload
-getting redirects through the internet
-hello4/blankwindow2 pop ups
-100% cpu usage / lots of svchost.exe processes

Thanks again :)

Small EDIT: I mentioned that I have exaggerated it just because of the facts I had hard shut down, downloaded mcafee from my ISP(Which seems not to be found anywhere when I try to run it)
IMPORTANT EDIT: I just ran TDSSKiller and found rootkit.win32.tdss.tdl4, if this means anything :(
EDIT #3: Just ran Super antispyware, and it picked up a new trojan (trojan.agent/gen-falprod) It wasn't there last time I scanned, are these things coming up periodically?

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
